The location was excellent, the bedroom was nice and offered amazing view. Our staff was amicable, when the manager will come. The facilities were well-kept and it had everything you need. The bed was extremely comfy; perfect night's sleep. Having a bathtub was great.

Its location was marvellous and stunning, 10 minutes' drive to Mokapu Beach. Plus it was located in a tropical area.

The Palms at Wailea is perfectly situated, just a short distance from the best beaches on the west side of the island. You can easily access the beautiful ocean views and enjoy the convenience of being close to popular tourist destinations. The condo units are well-equipped with clean rooms, ample linens and towels, and a fully stocked kitchen.

We were disappointed to find that the screen on the main patio door was ripped, which compromised the overall experience.

It was great in general: impeccably clean room, excellent location very close to the shops at Wailea, Kihei and a number of beaches. It was near Lehua Lounge, just 10 minutes walk. We loved early check-in too. We could enjoy views of the ocean.

The balcony was great and it was really convenient to get from the airport, only 25 km away. This is a perfect place to explore Wailea from.

We had a very lovely stay in Wailea just off a beach which was ok, the Shops at Wailea, and a sloping hill overlooking a part of the large bay. It was decent in the Masterbath area.

We had a fantastic stay at Palms At Wailea! The spacious unit was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed. The pool was great for the kids, and the location was convenient for exploring the island. The beach chairs, towels, and umbrella provided were a nice touch. we highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a wonderful neighborhood with an amazing ocean view. The location was perfect, as it was close to the beach and offered easy access to popular tourist destinations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a big patio that provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't find any faults.

The room was amazing, with the exception of the aircon not working properly. The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and eventually moved us to another unit at no extra cost. The pool area was delightful and the views from our patio were beautiful.

I had a fantastic stay at the Palms in Maui. The location was superb, with breathtaking ocean views. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the abundance of cleaning supplies provided. The large terrace and outdoor furniture were perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. I also loved the convenience of having a grill available for use at no extra charge. The proximity to Safeway and Wailea Mall was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

Staying close to the beach made our vacation more fun. We appreciated the provided beach chairs and boogie boards, and relaxing on the private lanai with a BBQ grill was a great way to end the day. The staff was amazing and quick to address our concerns.

We did notice that some of the amenities in the unit were outdated and could use some maintenance. However, the staff tried their best to make things right and keep our stay as comfortable as possible.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place is the only thing that makes it worth it. Situated in a wonderful neighborhood with an amazing ocean view, it truly provides a serene and picturesque setting. The grounds are well-maintained, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our children to roam around freely. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and even a sitting area. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel to families. The staff here are very helpful, especially Lukela, who responded to our requests in a speedy manner.

Great location and apartment-style accommodation. Kitchen and laundry room provided. Quiet and private. Amazing staff, especially Lukela and helpful concierge. Enjoyed the pool and surrounding environment. Convenient to the beach.

We stayed in suite 801 and it was perfect for our family. The fully equipped kitchen was a great addition, saving us money on meals. The two full bathrooms were convenient, especially when traveling with kids. The bedroom and sofa bed provided plenty of space for everyone to sprawl out. We loved lounging on the Lanai for breakfast and appreciated the beach equipment provided, like the boogie board and beach chairs. The location of this place was very convenient, close to beaches and just a short drive to all amenities. We also enjoyed the quietness of the area. The grounds were beautiful and the room was clean.

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which we didn't realize until we arrived. However, the hotel unlocked the A/C in one room and provided fans in the other, which helped with the heat.
